Detailed guide for online Fahes, Insurance & istamara renewal

There are three main steps to renew your vehicle's registration: 1) Fahes - Technical & Legal Inspection 2) Insurance renewal 3) Istamara renewal

We will explain all the steps one by one in detial. Due to current suitution because of COVID-19, Qatar government has made the complete process online so you dont need to take your car to any Fahes centre for inspection for the safety purposes

Due to the recent COVID- 19 crisis and for the betterment of our esteemed customers, and in coordination with Traffic Department, the vehicle inspection registration could be done using WOQOD Mobile App effective from Sunday 22nd March 2020,” Fahes said in a statment. 

1) Fahes - Technical & Legal inspection In order to do the online Fahes, you need to download the WOQOD App. The app is available on both Google play store and Apple store. Once you downaload and open the App following are the steps you need to follow: 1. Open the App. 2. Click on the FAHES Button. 3. On the FAHES page, you will see the following options: 1. Request new FAHES inspection; 2. FAHES Station; 3. About FAHES; 4. Inspection tips 4. Click on request new FAHES inspection. 5. Enter your Qatari ID number, mobile number, vehicle plate number, plate type and e-mail address. 6. Click on the submit button. 7. A page will open where you need to enter the mobile number you want to receive the inspection report on. 8.To register, click on the register button. 9. The terms and conditions page will open 10. Enter your card details and make the payment. 11. Once the payment has been made, you will receive a payment receipt on your registered mobile.
